Over insecurity in the community, Uloshi Kings & The Kingsmen has now decided to bring a police station back to the community, The police will be in Illushi Market  - Ozigono.

Uloshi/illushi in joy.

Edo state Uromi Area Commander, Asp. Tarzan Sam, DPO of Ubiaja, CSP Christopher O. And colleagues visited illushi-ojigono precisely for PEACE and SECURITY talks and the meeting was held successfully.

Dated, 1st of October 2022.

The meeting was championed and moderated by the Illushi Progressive Association Of Nigerian(IPAN) led by barrister victor giwa who happens to be the president of IPAN.

People present in the meeting are;

IPAN EXCOS,

Principal head of the community:

His HRM, chief Sunday Ebohon, the Ameche of the uloshi community. I

His HRH, Chief Pius Ikedi, Onu odumu- the king of the uloshi community. Community Chiefs, Elders and the youth.

The main aim of these meetings is to promote peace and security in the community and re-establishment the community police station, this is to also establish a good relationship between the community and the police,

All men and women were in joy as approval was gotten from the government to bring back the police station as needed, the community youths and elders also pledge their full support to the incoming police officers in carrying out their duty diligently.

The uloshi/illushi people say thank you to the officers present at the meeting, the police force at large and the government of Edo state.

We also use this opportunity to call on the government of Edo state to look into the floods disturbing ojigono and other social amenities that concern the community.

THE MEETING WITH THE NIGERIA POLICE HIGH RANKY OFFICERS IN EDO STATE TO BRING BACK POLICE STATION IN THE COMMUNITY WAS SUCCESSFUL.

Good afternoon to you all uloshians due to some circumstances I was unable to address you people after the visit of our guest I.G.P, C.P, D.P.O, and some other surbordinate bodies to ULOSHI community on the 01/10/2022.

The names of the organizers of the meeting are as follow

H.R.H Pious Ikedi Onu Odumu one of ULOSHI Kingdom, Onu Ameche of ULOSHI Kingdom, Illushi Progressive Association Of Nigeria ( I.P.A.N ) and some other surbordinate bodies in ULOSHI community.

The Main Objective of this meeting is as follows:

1) since April to August 2022 there has been series of attack against ULOSHI community by some unknown individuals whom has been coming to various ULOSHI community camps to pick their citizens and took them into the bush to keep them there to be demanding ransom from their family members so it was since then the people of ULOSHI community now tagged them as kidnappers because of their act.

2) so this led to the king of ULOSHI community to call his people together and let them look for an everlasting solution to this menace which has never occurred in the history of ULOSHI Kingdom, so after the meeting with the ULOSHI people he then decided to present a letter to the D.P.O to seek government help because of the recent insecurity threat in ULOSHI Kingdom.

3) By Gods doing all our guest arrived ULOSHI community successfully on the 01/10/2022 and the meeting began so after much discussions the king of ULOSHI community presented his demands on the reasons why he invited them by telling them that he wants the Police Station in Ozigono to be Restored back to work with immediate effects that the community has already built house for them to be staying for now until the police station is built and the community also brought out the space of land that the police station will be built in and without wasting much time they took them to the land to show them how serious they are on how to quench this insecurity threat to the kingdom.

4) At the end of the meeting our guest accepted all the plea from ULOSHI community and they were so excited by saying yes to the community demands and at the end the meeting was a success. All thanks to God Almighty, ULOSHI community at large and Edo state government for their listening ear.
